Open Acronis
Open Acronis cPanel & WHM.
Log in to cPanel and open Acronis cPanel & WHM. Select the Backups tab to see the recovery points available for your account.
How to Log in to cPanelRecovery Point
Select the backup date and time you need.
Choose a recovery point from before the file deletion, database problem or mailbox issue occurred.
After you select a recovery point, Acronis mounts that backup so you can browse its contents. This can take a few minutes.
The dates available in Acronis depend on the Acronis backup schedule and retention configured for the hosting environment.
Choose What to Recover
Restore only the data you actually need.
From the selected recovery point, choose the type of data you want to browse.
Restore or Download
Choose whether to recover the data or download a copy.
Use Recover when you want Acronis to put the selected data back into its hosting location. Use Download when you want a copy without immediately changing the live account.
A downloaded copy gives you a chance to inspect the backup before replacing live files or other data.
Operation Log
Monitor the recovery operation.
Use the Recovery Operations log to check recovery and download activity. Download operations can also provide their download link through the operation information.
After Recovery
Check the restored website, database or mailbox.
Once the operation completes, check the affected service. For a website, test the site and administration area. For a database, test the application that uses it. For email, check the mailbox in Webmail.
