Open Acronis
Open the Acronis backup interface.
Log in to cPanel, open Acronis cPanel & WHM, then open the Backups tab.
Acronis Restore OverviewRecovery Point
Select a backup from before the problem.
Choose the required recovery point and wait while Acronis mounts the backup. This can take a few minutes.
Files
Open Files and select what you want to recover.
Click Files, then browse the backup and select the required files or folders.
For a primary website, files are commonly under public_html. Addon domains may use another document root.
Recover
Recover the selected files to their original location.
Click Recover and review the options before confirming.
If Acronis shows Delete any files in the original location that were created after the backup, enabling it removes newer files from the selected live folders before recovery. Do not enable it unless that is what you intend.
Download Instead
Download the backup copy when you want to inspect it first.
Select the files and click Download. A single file can download directly. Multiple files are prepared as a ZIP archive in your cPanel home folder and can then be downloaded using the provided link or File Manager.
After Recovery
Test the website.
Once recovery completes, load the affected pages and administration area. Clear relevant application or browser caches if restored files do not appear immediately.
